About Gimmnu

Do you ever open a restaurant menu and immediately start playing the guessing game —
Is this gluten-free? Could this be modified? Am I missing something important?

Have you ever tried to plan a meal with friends and found yourself analyzing every suggested restaurant, trying to figure out what works for everyone?

Or do you have a family member with celiac disease or gluten intolerance and wish you could help, but you’re not even sure what gluten means or where it hides?

That’s where Gimmnu comes in, or, more simply, a gimme options tool.

Gimmnu was created to help clear the noise with a simple gimme request. We built a free mini menu tool designed to help navigate restaurant menus and websites, highlighting potentially safer options while also suggesting helpful questions to ask restaurant staff.

Eating out shouldn’t require hours of research, scrolling through menus, and scanning reviews just to discover one buried note about gluten-free buns — or that the fryers can’t be trusted.

Unfortunately, we can’t put gluten-watch cameras in every kitchen (yet). So Gimmnu doesn’t promise certainty. It offers guidance. A way to save time, reduce mental load, and approach eating out with a little more confidence.

Our goal is simple: to help you discover new places, feel safer trying them, and expand your world as much as we can.
